Retail Sales Associate

As a retail sales associate you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customers’ questions in-person and online.
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Retrieve and process daily orders from website and socials.
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Process custom orders for clients including taking measurements and tracking production and delivery status.
- Manage financial transactions and prepare regular sales reports
- Process payments by totalling purchases, processing cash, and store or other credit and debit cards and mobile money.
- Assist with inventory, including receiving, stocking and tracking merchandise.
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Deliver client orders.
- Always maintain cleanliness and order in the boutique.
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent customer service

- General math skills
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- Knowledge of retail fashion
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bac or Advanced Levels required
- 2 years of retail experience required
- Bilingual in French and English
